Shihan Francisco Filho to Lead Seminars at Kumite Weekend in Romania
From October 24 to 26, the legendary Shihan Francisco Filho will lead a series of technical seminars at Cluj-Napoca, in Romania, during the Kumite Weekend event organized by Sensei Viorel Tatar, 4th Dan black belt in Kyokushin Karate.
Shihan Francisco Filho, 7th Dan in Kyokushin Karate, is one of the greatest icons in the history of the discipline. In 1995, he completed the historic 100-man kumite test in Brazil and Japan, a feat achieved by only a few martial artists worldwide. He went on to become Heavyweight World Champion in 1997 and Open Weight World Champion in 1999, inspiring generations of Kyokushin practitioners around the globe.
The Kumite Weekend with Shihan Francisco Filho, who will lead the seminars, will bring together athletes, instructors, and Kyokushin enthusiasts for an intense and technical training experience focused on developing fighting skills and strengthening the global Kyokushin community.
This event represents another important step in the international expansion of KWU SENSHI, connecting great masters of Kyokushin with new generations of practitioners worldwide.
