Before submitting the application form, please take note of the following important details:

Eligibility: Candidates must be competitors who are medal winners at World or European Championships, national competitors aged 16 years or older, or their coaches.

Deadline for applications: 15 April 2026

Accommodation, food, and training session costs are covered by the organizer for approved participants. This time we do not provide shuttles or transfers from airports Sofia or Varna to Plovdiv.

Application Process: Fill out your own application form and send it only once. All fields must be filled in English. If you fill in everything correctly and send it, you will get an email confirming we received your application. 

Accuracy:  Ensure that all requested information is filled out accurately. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.

Grouping: Applicants applying as coaches will be placed in a coaches’ group. Competitors will be grouped according to their current weight category.

Group Changes: Group assignments cannot be changed during the camp.

Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent after the application deadline. If you do not receive confirmation within 5 days after the deadline, April 15,  please contact the team responsible for the camp at senshi.camp.bulgaria@gmail.com

Non-Transferable Participation: Approved participants cannot transfer their registration to another individual.

Attendance Policy: Participants who miss training sessions without prior notice will be charged the full price for accommodation, meals, transport, and participation in the training sessions.
