Black belt examination Brazil

Black Belt Examination marks historic achievement for ADS Dojo in Brazil

A significant milestone was celebrated on July 26 with the Black Belt Examination held in Barra Velha, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Hosted at the facilities of Ricardo Nascimento, the event represented a historic moment for ADS Dojo and for the continued development of KWU SENSHI Brasil.

The examination was conducted by Branch Chief Shihan Tsutomu Morimoto, whose leadership and technical guidance marked this important achievement in the journey of the candidates.

Three practitioners successfully earned the rank of Black Belt:

  • Gabriel Ferreira
  • Silvino Brandão
  • Andrei Rutierres Silveira

Their promotion represents years of discipline, perseverance, determination, and respect for the principles of Kyokushin Karate. Throughout this journey, they also benefited from the guidance and support of Shihan Francisco Filho and Shihan Glaube Feitosa, whose dedication and teachings have contributed to their technical and personal development.

The achievement is especially meaningful, as they become the first black belts ever graduated by ADS Dojo, establishing an important chapter in the dojo’s history and serving as an inspiration for future generations of practitioners.

KWU SENSHI also extends its appreciation to Ricardo Nascimento for hosting the event and for the excellent organization, as well as to all instructors, assistants, and volunteers whose dedication and teamwork contributed to the success of the examination.

More than the attainment of a new rank, the Black Belt symbolizes the beginning of a new stage of responsibility, leadership, and continuous self-improvement. The newly promoted black belts now carry the mission of honoring their instructors, inspiring others, and preserving the true spirit of Karate.

Congratulations to all the new black belts on this remarkable achievement.
