SENSHI Camp February 2025 - Application Form

Dear martial artists,

We are thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the highly anticipated SENSHI Camp 20-23 February 2025 in Varna, Bulgaria! This camp is an excellent opportunity for competitors and coaches to refine their skills, connect with the international martial arts community, and experience world-class training sessions.

The application deadline is 15 January 2025. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

Before submitting the application form, please take note of the following important details:

Eligibility: Candidates must be competitors who are medal winners at World or European Championships, national competitors aged 16 years or older, or their coaches

Application Process: Each applicant must complete a separate application form and submit it only once. All fields in the application form are mandatory and must be completed in English.

Accuracy:  Ensure that all requested information is filled out accurately. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.

Grouping: Applicants applying as coaches will be placed in a coaches’ group. Competitors will be grouped according to their current weight category.

Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent after the application deadline 15 January 2025.

Group Changes: Group assignments cannot be changed during the camp.

Dates: Participants with dates that are different from the camp dates must notify us via email at senshi.camp.bulgaria@gmail.com when submitting their application.

Non-Transferable Participation: Approved participants cannot transfer their registration to another individual.

Accommodation, food, training session costs, and transfers from/to Varna airport or bus station are covered by the organizer for approved participants.

Attendance Policy: Participants who miss training sessions without prior notice will be charged the full price for accommodation, meals, transport, and participation in the training sessions.
